How do I know if I am registered?
Sign in to Race Roster and open your Participant Dashboard. Your 2026 Berkeley Half Marathon registration will appear there, along with your confirmation and available self-service options.
Can I change my race distance or transfer my entry?
Race Roster registrations can use the Participant Dashboard for distance changes and person-to-person transfers through October 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. A $15 change fee applies, plus any price difference for an upgrade. Downgrades do not receive a refund. All changes are subject to availability.
If your entry was migrated from RegHub, some Race Roster self-service tools may try to charge the full registration price. Please submit a support ticket so we can handle the change manually.
Can I defer?
Yes. Race Roster registrants can defer from the Participant Dashboard for $39.99 while the option is available. If your entry was migrated from RegHub, submit a support ticket; we will process the deferral manually at no charge because the standard dashboard option is not available for migrated entries.
Can I add bib mailing?
If you registered directly in Race Roster, add bib mailing from your Participant Dashboard while it is available. If your entry was migrated from RegHub, submit a support ticket and we will add bib mailing manually at no charge.
Can I convert my in-person run to the Virtual Race?
Yes. Requests are accepted through November 1, 2026. Use the options in your Race Roster Participant Dashboard or submit a support ticket if your entry was migrated from RegHub.
Can I change my starting corral?
Corrals are based on the estimated finish time entered during registration. To move to a faster corral after assignments are issued, visit the Solutions Table at packet pickup; changes are subject to availability. You may always start in a slower corral without making a change.
How do I update my estimated finish time?
Update your registration details in the Race Roster Participant Dashboard through October 1, 2026. After that date, visit the Solutions Table at packet pickup.
How do I join a team?
Open your Race Roster Participant Dashboard and use the team invitation or team link. If your migrated RegHub entry does not show that option, submit a support ticket with your name, registration email, and the team name.
