When and where is packet pick-up happening?
Friday, November 14, 2025: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM at Sports Basement, 2727 Milvia St, Berkeley
Saturday, November 15, 2025: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Sports Basement, 2727 Milvia St, Berkeley
Race Day, Sunday, November 16, 2025: 5:30 AM at Allston @ Milvia St (start line area) for those that ordered bib delivery and did not receive it ONLY
If you pick up your bib on race morning, shirts and other items must be collected after you finish at the Finish Line Festival.
Is Sports Basement offering a discount this year?
Yes! From November 14–30, 2025:
Basementeers (members): 20% off
Non-members: 11% off with proof of race registration
What do I need to bring with me to packet pick-up?
Bib confirmation email (with bib number)
Photo ID
If I paid for bib mailing, do I still need to attend packet pick-up?
No — if you selected bib mailing, your bib will be shipped directly to you.
You may still attend packet pick-up at Sports Basement on Friday or Saturday to collect your race shirt and any earned items.
Can a friend or family member pick up my packet for me?
Yes. They must bring:
A copy of your photo ID
Your bib confirmation email
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
No. Shirts are ordered by the size you selected at registration and printed on your bib. No shirt exchanges will be available.
